• Represented petitioning creditors in involuntary chapter 11 filing of trucking-related debtor where missing funds exceeded $60 million
• Represented chapter 7 trustee in Ponzi-scheme case with filing of hundreds of adversary proceedings to recover fraudulently transferred funds
• Represented asset-based lender in various bankruptcy cases throughout South Carolina and North Carolina
• Represented numerous financial institutions in consumer mortgage-related matters in chapter 7 and chapter 13 cases
• Represented agricultural lenders in chapter 11 and chapter 12 cases in Eastern North Carolina
